Golfers Dress Code:  At Quilchena Golf Club  Quilchena aims to provide a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere for its members and guests through a progressive dress policy. Wireless policy at the Golf Course

Wireless devices must not be used as telephones in the dining areas of the clubhouse. Such devices may be used in the lounges, if it is not disruptive to other members. Wireless devices must be kept in silent mode when taken on the golf course.

Why are gift cards included as part of your golfer registration fees?

The famous gift card collection: Every golfer brings a $25 gift card. Cards can be from any retailer – easy to use across BC (or Canada). The gift cards are divided into four (4) packages. Two lucky winners will each win back ¼ of the donated cards (by a draw). The other two packages start the live auction on Thursday, June 19, 2025.

Golf Game Format and Rules 

• 6-person scramble format from tee to green
• Each person must use 2 drives and 1 putt
• Men: play from the whites  Ladies: from the forward tees
• Each person tees off every hole. Choose the best drive, all 6 golfers take 2nd shot from that location, carry on with same best ball format tee to green, including the putt
• No more than 6 shots, including the putt If you are at 6 strokes on a hole, pick up your golf balls, and move to next hole (tee).  Enter a 7 for your score.
• Keep up to the group in front of you please
• YOU want to be in the clubhouse by 4:30 pm for a cocktail
• NO MULLIGANS!
